About
The East Midlands region is one of the nine geographical areas of England into which the delivery of the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ's representation and professional services locally is organised. We serve around 30,000 ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ members who work in the region.
Our ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ branches
The East Midlands has a network of six ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ branches serving members in their local area. Each branch has an executive committee, including a chair and secretary, who are elected annually to lead and administer the work of the branch for the benefit of members.
Our ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ Council member
In common with other regions, the East Midlands has an elected representative on ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ Council, the College's governing body. The Council is responsible for the overall governance of the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ. The East Midlands' current ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ Council member is Neil Thompson.
Our ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ Regional Board
The East Midlands Regional Board advises and supports the Regional Director in setting and delivering the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ's priorities in the region. The Board meets three times a year and its members are elected by the regional membership.
ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ reps
Being a rep can be one of the most fulfilling activities you can undertake.
Fully supported by the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ at every turn, we will equip you with the skills and knowledge to represent your colleagues and your region.
