About Lexi
Lexi is the Programme Lead for Law LLB, having been appointed at the end of July 2025. She deals with the day to day runnings of the programme whilst providing support to students with a variety of queries.

Before beginning work with the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ in 2020 (initially as an Associate Lecturer), Lexi trained, qualified and worked for a local law firm in ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ, specialising in Employment Law. She also worked as an Associate Paralegal in an international law firm.Ìý

Lexi teaches on a variety of modules including Employment Law, Human Rights Law and Equality and the Law. Her particular area of interest is equality and diversity, and the impact of both law and society on vulnerable individuals in the workplace. Lexi also gives guest lectures on Employment Law to students studying the Human Resource Management masters at the University's Business School.Ìý

Lexi is also the Director of the highly-commended Employment Law Clinic.

Teaching
Lexi teaches on the following modules:
- Public Law (Y1) - with a specific focus on Judicial Review
- Equality and the Law (Ys 2 and 3) - module leader and module developer
- Human Rights Law (Ys 2 and 3)Ìý- with a focus on the Human Rights Act 1998, and the European Convention on Human Rights
- Employment Law (Ys 2 and 3) - module leader
- Work Based Learning (Y3) - Director of the Employment Law Clinic
Lexi has also served as module leader for Property Law (2022/2023).Ìý
