About Kevin

I qualified as an Occupational Therapist at the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ and have worked mainly in inpatient mental health settings, with both clinical and managerial responsibilities. I completed my MSc Advanced Occupational Therapy with my masters research focusing on service users' experiences of Occupational Therapy in acute mental health settings.Ìý

I am the Programme Lead of the MOccTh (Hons.) Occupational Therapy programme. I am actively engaging in research related to Occupational Therapy, mental health, and trauma-informed care.Ìý

I enjoy teaching on a broad range of modules across the BSc (Hons.), MOccTh (Hons.), MSc (Pre-registration), and Advanced Professional Practice in Occupational Therapy programmes, focusing on health and occupation across the lifespan, case-based learning, and research. I also supervise undergraduate and pre-registration MSc research students.
