About Chloe

Chloë is a Registered Adult Nurse and Deputy Programme Lead for Undergraduate Nursing at the °µÍø½âÃÜ. She works across multiple sites to support high-quality teaching, assessment and student experience, and is the Curriculum Review and Implementation Lead for Nursing programmes.

An experienced higher education lecturer and former NHS education lead, Chloë is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and brings extensive experience in programme leadership, curriculum design and delivery, academic assessment, quality assurance and student support. She teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programmes and has particular expertise in professional accountability, learning and teaching in practice settings, coaching and leadership.

Chloë is committed to creating engaging, learner-centred education that supports both academic excellence and confident clinical practice. Her academic interests include coaching and leadership, learning and teaching in practice settings and the integration of creative pedagogies to enhance the learner experience. She is particularly passionate about supporting students to develop as compassionate, reflective and skilled practitioners.

Alongside her leadership and teaching roles, Chloë contributes to pedagogic research and educational innovation. Her earlier work included the development and implementation of an electronic practice assessment portfolio, which was presented at national conference and published. More recently, her scholarship has focused on the use of creative arts within nursing education and exploring the clinical credibility of nurse academics.

Chloë currently teaches across the portfolio, both on the Undergraduate and Post Graduate Nursing courses, leading the post graduate module "Coaching and Leadership".Ìý

Chloë also teaching Clinical Skills & Practice across level 4, 5 & 6.
