A registered nurse for over 30 years, Colin has been a key member of the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ Scotland team for many years, most recently as Associate Director for Pay, Terms and Conditions. Colin has also worked across the UK and spent time working as an Associate Director in ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ Northern Ireland just before the pandemic as well as operationally leading the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ UK Pay Programme supporting the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ’s Fair Pay for Nursing campaign.

Norman Provan

Norman has responsibility for ensuring the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ in Scotland has the capacity and capability to provide comprehensive employment relations services including standard representation, regulatory representation and legal advice.

Eileen is responsible for leading the professional ‘College’ arm of the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ which includes the learning & development, knowledge & research and policy teams within ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ Scotland.

Carol heads up the communications & public affairs team, which comprises parliamentary and media relations and member communications and positions the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ as the voice of nursing for Scotland.

Knowledge & Research Manager

Sian manages the knowledge and research team which – as a part of professional practice – is responsible for ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ Scotland’s provision of information and analysis, and providing ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ library and information services.
