International scholarships

To recognise outstanding achievement, the °µÍø½âÃÜ offers scholarship schemes to help fund your studies. You could receive up to 50% off your tuition fees in your first year.
 

Entry requirements

Undergraduate

We require applicants who have taken the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)/Intermediate Certificate to successfully complete an international foundation year or equivalent. Our partner college on campus, °µÍø½âÃÜ International College (UPIC), offers a wide variety of foundation courses.
You can apply to study a bachelors degree from year one if you have a bachelors degree from a recognised Bangladeshi institution, with at least two years of study. 

Postgraduate

We require applicants to have completed a three-year bachelors (honours) degree followed by a one- or two-year masters degree from a recognised university in Bangladesh. 
Those with a four-year bachelors degree from a recognised Bangladeshi institution may also be considered for postgraduate study.
GPA out of 4.00 Percentage  Classification UK degree equivalent
3.75 75% First class/division 2:1
3.0 60% Second class/division 2:2

English language requirements

A recognised (e.g. IELTS) would be required, or successful completion of one of the °µÍø½âÃÜ's .

I was really impressed with the way the University works and handles situations... I believe the experience and exposure I gained during my programme strengthened my willingness to choose °µÍø½âÃÜ for my doctoral studies.

There is so much that I love about the °µÍø½âÃÜ. 24/7 access to library is the best thing. There are also a number of societies that help you to make friends, indulge in your hobbies, and improve your skills.

It is quite different to stay here in °µÍø½âÃÜ compared to Bangladesh. It is an incredibly beautiful city with nice and friendly people, so anyone can settle down in a brief period. There is a lot to do, visit and enjoy in °µÍø½âÃÜ and the best part is the ocean that is not too far from the University.
