Applied Coaching PracticeThis module will provide students with a greater understanding of the concept of coaching with a key focus on the coaching process. A critical approach is taken to look at current research and practice to broaden understanding of performance coaching. The module will investigate the need for decision making and the consistent application of coaching principles to improve performance over a series of sessions.

Experiential LeadershipLeadership is a highly complex and valued commodity, much talked and written about but not truly understood. Opportunities to demonstrate, evaluate and conceptualise your identity, as a leader to develop understanding will be incorporated. Emphasis will be on you to analyse leadership in relation to their self-actualisation in response to the needs of industry

Global Environmental Impact and ConservationIn the current climate it is important that Outdoor professionals understand how they can have positive and negative impact when facilitating outdoor activities. This module will enable students to develop their knowledge and understanding of the global impact of outdoor learning activities on the environment. It also aims to explore how outdoor learning can support conservation.
