The University Terms and Conditions for Consultancy apply to purchase orders for Services, which by the UniversityÂÌñ»»ÆÞ™s interpretation meet the corporate definition for Consultancy.

The University Terms and Conditions for Goods and Services are the default T&Cs and used for the vast majority of purchase order.

Where there is a known requirement for the supplier to act as a ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ˜ProcessorÂÌñ»»ÆÞ™ of Personal Data by direction of the University as the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ˜ControllerÂÌñ»»ÆÞ™, as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and the Data Protection Act 2018 the following documents should also be used;
