The °µÍø½âÃÜ is committed to supporting expectant parents and parents with children of any age in obtaining a good work-life balance and excelling at work while enjoying being a parent at home.
This page aims to provide all relevant policies and information related to being a parent in one place and enable you to build networks with your colleagues to provide mutual support.
Finding the ideal balance between work and home can make a significant difference to your family relationships and your success at work, and we hope that this website helps you in achieving this.

Parents' policies, procedures, guidance and support
The University has a range of policies and procedures in place to support and guide University staff who are expectant parents or parents of children of any age, including those relating to , the , the , , , , and the .

Childcare is available on campus at Freshlings Nursery as well as a range of alternative options across the city, details of which can be found via °µÍø½âÃÜ City Council's .
