Meet the team
Our team of dedicated staff work across the four countries of the United Kingdom to support the delivery of the cadet programme in a variety of places.Â
We work with youth organisations to develop and deliver the cadet course to young people along their normal activities and timetable.
We also work with health partners to arrange observational work experience which brings together all the theoretical and practical classroom learning.

Dave provides high-level oversight of educational initiatives at the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ. Previously, he served as Head of Scheme for the then ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ Prince of Wales Nursing Cadet Scheme.

Lorna provides strategic oversight and direction for the programme, ensuring alignment with the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ’s vision and long-term objectives. Lorna also oversees the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ's student nurses, ensuring they are well looked after during their time with the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ.
